How do I get the $150 bonus towards my rent?

How do I know which properties participate?

It’s simple! They are marked “Get $150.00 with this property!”

What do I have to do?

When you look at the property ad on the site, just fill in your information.(If there are going to be roommates, they will split the $150.00, so only one should sign up.) That way, we’ll know up front that you’re interested in a property that qualifies for the $150.00 bonus, and if you rent it, you’ll get your money. If you don’t sign up and send us your information, you can’t qualify for the bonus. When you sign up, an email or phone call will be sent to the landlord and someone will contact you shortly about seeing the property.

What if I rent a different property the landlord is offering?

You still qualify for the $150.00 if the other property is not listed on nkyrents.com

What if I already rent from this landlord?

The $150.00 is not available if you are just renewing your lease or moving from one property to another of the same landlord or from one apartment community to another owned or managed by the same company.

When is the $150 payable?

Once you’ve moved in, the $150.00 is payable within ten days. At that time, we’ll ask you to complete a form that confirms you’ve moved in and ask you where you want your check to be sent.(Note: you can’t collect a bonus from us and another rental referral website or company. The one you contact first may be the one you have to use, even if it offers less bonus or move-in money.)
